My Care Philosophy

My approach centers around my long held belief that the only constant in life is change. So I work with my clients, warmly and compassionately, to identify what changes are affecting them in a negative way and why they might be having that effect.

The majority of my techniques are client- centered and highly interactive. I take pride in establishing excellent rapport with my clients. Together my clients and I work on building self-esteem, strengthening communication skills, and elevating mental resiliency all to find path to a healthier and happier lifestyle.

About My Office

Located right on Route 206 in beautiful Skillman New Jersey, my office is situated at 39 Tamarack Circle. Upon visiting, my clients enjoy an inviting and calming environment that benefits from its naturally peaceful surroundings just outside downtown Princeton. The grounds surrounding my practice also have walking paths making tranquil walk and talk sessions very convenient.

Hello! I’m Sandra. It’s my life’s goal to help others lead a healthier more fulfilling lifestyle. As a proud graduate of the Rutgers Graduate School of Social Work with over twenty years of experience as a clinician, I proudly maintain my own practice in Princeton New Jersey doing what I love.

I work together with my patients to allow them to recognize that accepting change is an important quality for a successful & happy life. I value specifically tailoring treatment plan to the individual to ensure we have a compassionate & understanding relationship on the road towards personal betterment & growth.
